In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Claras Locket. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides our ecommerce platform. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order, or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted. Use the store lawfully. Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, submit fraudulent information, distribute malicious software, harass others, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.

Our products and personalization

We offer personalized jewelry and jewelry featuring heartfelt messages. The available materials, dimensions, personalization options, and included elements are described on each product page. Please review these details before ordering. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colors; this does not remove your right to receive products that conform to their description.

You are responsible for checking the spelling, names, dates, messages, and other personalization details you submit. You confirm that you have permission to supply any text, image, or other material used for your order. You authorize us and our fulfillment providers to use it as necessary to produce and deliver your purchase. This authorization does not give us permission to use private gift messages or images in advertising without a separate lawful basis.

Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. This does not limit remedies for errors made by us or your mandatory consumer rights.

Orders, prices, and payment

Provide accurate and current contact, payment, and delivery information. Review the total price, currency, shipping charges, and taxes presented at checkout before submitting payment. Product availability, prices, and promotions may change for future orders.

We may decline or cancel an order for a lawful reason, including suspected fraud, unavailability, or a material listing error. If this affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and refund payments for items we cannot supply, as required by law. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase an agreed order price without your agreement.

Personalized items may be excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns; faulty or incorrectly supplied items remain subject to applicable consumer protections.
