Claras Locket jewelry is made to order. Please allow for production time as well as shipping time when planning your purchase.

Shipping costs and destinations

Standard shipping is free to the countries we currently deliver to. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether we ship to your location. Priority Shipping is available for some destinations outside the United States and Canada for $25. The shipping methods and any charge for your address are shown before you place your order. We do not offer delivery to a country that is unavailable at checkout.

Production time

Production takes an estimated 3–5 business days before dispatch. This is separate from shipping time. Priority Shipping speeds up transit after dispatch; it does not shorten production.

Add the 3–5 business days of production to these estimated transit times. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. The delivery options shown at checkout are the ones available for your address.

Delivery estimates and tracking

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, and public holidays may affect delivery. Where tracking is available, use the tracking information sent after dispatch. International tracking may pause while a package travels between countries or clears customs. If your order is overdue, missing, or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs processing and import duties or taxes. Any amounts collected at checkout are shown there. Additional import charges not collected at checkout may be charged to the recipient by the carrier or customs authority. Contact your local customs authority if you need to check potential charges before ordering.

Address changes, damaged items, and returns

Please check your shipping address and personalization details before ordering. If you need a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us before returning it so we can provide the correct instructions.
