We want your Claras Locket order to arrive as expected. To request a return or report a problem, email info@claraslocket.com with your order number. You can also call +1 307-910-0317.

30-day returns for non-personalized items

You can request a change-of-mind return for an eligible non-personalized, unworn item within 30 days after delivery. Email us before sending it back. After we approve the return, we will email you the correct return address and instructions. Our business mailing address is not the return address.

Personalized items

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as jewelry customized with a name or personal message, are not returnable for a change of mind, except where required by law. A product with a standard, non-customized message is not excluded just because it carries a message. Please check your personalization details before ordering.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. This applies to personalized items too. We will provide a replacement or refund. If we ask you to return the item, we pay the return shipping cost and email you the instructions.

Return shipping and original delivery charges

For an eligible change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. Standard outbound shipping is free for destinations available at checkout, so there is no standard shipping charge to refund. An original Priority Shipping charge is not refunded for a voluntary return, except where a refund of delivery charges is required by law. For a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we pay return shipping if a return is required.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return, or sooner if required by law. If we do not require a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item to be returned, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after approving the claim, or sooner if required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

30-day warranty

For 30 days after delivery, if your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is incorrect, contact info@claraslocket.com with your order number, a description, and photographs where possible. We will replace the item or refund it. If we require a return, we pay the return shipping cost. This warranty does not limit any rights or remedies you have under consumer law after the 30 days.

Order changes and exchanges

To request an order correction or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun, subject to your consumer rights. For an eligible non-personalized item you want to exchange, request a return and place a separate order for the new item.

European Union customers

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, you may tell us within 14 days after receiving the goods that you wish to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. This right generally does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Your rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

For an applicable statutory withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. We will reimburse payments required by law, including standard outbound delivery charges, within the legal deadline. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, where permitted. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics, and functioning may result in a deduction for diminished value. Our voluntary return conditions do not override statutory rights.
