How to track your order
- Open the shipping confirmation email we send after your order ships.
- Select Track your order to view the latest carrier updates.
- You can also sign in to your customer account to review your order status.
When tracking becomes available
Tracking information appears after your order ships. A “Label created” status means your order is being prepared and is waiting for its first carrier scan.
International orders
Free Standard Shipping is estimated at 6–15 business days. Where available, Priority Shipping is estimated at 5–10 business days.
International tracking may pause after a package leaves the United States and resume after it clears customs in the destination country. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and holidays, and customs processing can occasionally cause additional delays.
