Where are your necklaces made?

Every Claras Locket necklace is personalized and made to order in the USA, and ships from the USA.

How long does it take to arrive?

Each piece is made to order in 3–5 business days. After dispatch, US delivery takes 2–5 business days with free standard shipping. International delivery takes 3–10 business days after dispatch; Priority Shipping (2–5 business days after dispatch) is available for some destinations outside the US and Canada.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free to every country available at checkout.

How does the monogram necklace work?

Type a name of up to 9 letters and we turn every letter into one geometric symbol. It is a custom-cut design, not an engraving, so strangers see a beautiful pendant while you know the name hidden inside.

What sizes and finishes are available?

The pendant is 0.6″ × 0.6″ (15.2 mm) on a delicate, adjustable cable chain. Choose polished stainless steel ($49.99) or an 18K yellow gold finish ($59.99).

What comes in the box?

Every necklace includes a printed card showing the name and its letter breakdown. The Two Toned Box is included, or upgrade to the Mahogany Box with LED light for $20.

Can I order several names?

Yes. Personalize and add each necklace to your cart separately. Bundle savings apply automatically: buy 2 and save 10%, buy 3 or more and save 15%.

Can I change my name or order after I buy?

Email info@claraslocket.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production has started.

What is your return policy?

Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your necklace arrives damaged or faulty, or the name is wrong, we will replace or refund it, including personalized items. Non-personalized, unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund & Warranty Policy.
